At Busy Little Bees, Sheldon we aim to keep our nursery fees in line with our local competitors and the local community which we provide for.
Our fees include breakfast (a choice of cereal and toast), a morning and afternoon snack of fresh fruit, a healthy lunch and an afternoon tea along with milk and water throughout the day.

Our fees are payable on 21st of each month in advance. Should your child start part way through our invoicing period, you will be billed for the remainder of that month up to the 21st. This fee is payable on or before your child's first day. We accept cash, cheques, standing orders and childcare vouchers. Normal charges apply if your child is sick or is on holiday. Late payments will incur a charge of £3.50 per day of the outstanding balance. There is also a £20 charge to cover returned or represented cheques.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for a child’s absence of whatever nature including holidays, sickness and nursery closure due to bad weather.
We require one full calendar months notice if you wish to withdraw your child from Busy Little Bees Nursery. As long as the correct notice period is given your deposit is deducted from your last months invoice.
To secure a place for your child, we require a deposit of £150 this includes an admin fee of £50.00 (non refundable) £100 is held on account and is deducted from the child's last invoice providing a full calendar months notice of leaving has been given.
If you would like secure a place at Busy Little Bees, please register your child through the website. Once your child's nursery place is confirmed you are then offered 'settling in' sessions to suit you and your child.
Meals and Refreshments
Whilst your child is at nursery we will provide breakfast, light snacks and healthy meals. Our breakfast bar is available from 7.30am until 9am and our snack bars are set out twice daily, morning and afternoon, providing each child with a healthy selection of fruit and vegetables alongside a choice of milk or water. Water is always provided throughout the day. A healthy well balanced lunch is provided, which is provided by an outside caterer, feel free to take a look at their sample menus www.robinsonscatering.co.uk. Children are given tea later in the afternoon, which can be a small snack like crumpets and teacakes, to a more filling meal like soup, pasta and salad, beans on toast or jacket potatoes.
